I could do with a rewatch. I still recall shipping Clark/Lex and Lionel/everyone including Lex, Martha, Chloe and Clark. John Glover's Lionel and Michael Rosenbaum's Lex were always more fun than Clark. I kinda used to hope they would go there with Lionel and Martha in canon. She was a widow and he was kind of good for a bit. It would have been fun and they had the ep when they were stuck in an elevator and had mad chemistry. Plus don't tell me they wouldn't go there..Lana and Lex married and had a sort of kid.(who was an experiment by Lex? My memory is fuzzy). Plus Glover said he shipped it.
But maybe Martha and Lionel were too old to interest the audience I guess. Sigh.
Tess was also fun(and a Luthor)- I guess I was there for that family.
Glover's charisma and his shrewd Lionel will linger in my memory more than anyhting Lana ever did.

Aww..that's so cute. I recall some good Lionel/Chloe fic too as well as some nice Lionel/Martha..
Just started watching "Brimstone" btw..great stuff. Stone/The Devil has some great vibes to me and it's a very intriguing idea.

Ah, cool, glad you're getting the chance to see Brimstone! It was such an interesting show with a lot of interesting things to say. And yeah, Stone/Devi was such my jam for a long time.
