Rare Characters 2014 dear author letter

Dislikes inlcude bad things happening to small kids or animals, also no incest or underage stuff in romances. Likes inlude a plot-heavy story or a reflective piece. Angst always welcome, smut welcome, romance welcome(het, slash-whatever). Morally grey stuff can be fascinating if done well. Just get inside the characters head and see the world from their perspective.
Homicide:Life on the Streets
Anything about Tim Bayliss and Frank Pembleton-their love/hate relationship and its many ups and downs. Partnerslash is fine.
Kay Howard-anything about her, her partnership with Felton, her sister or working a case with Munch maybe.
If you find somewhere to put Julianna Cox in the story, that's a bonus.
Oz: Anything with Miguel Alvarez-his preshow history, his odd friendship with Mukada.
Or something with Tim McManus-his friendship with Sean Murphy maybe. If you want to slash them then that's fine.
Augustus Hill-his background, or something about his time in Oz.
Penny Dreadful: So much fun to do in this fandom: More on Vanessa's past or her and Mina's friendship would be great. If you want to tell Ethan's backstory I'll be very grateful. Or Victor and his creatures.

Anything about Fiona's past misdeeds, Marie LaVeau's exploits, her deal with Papa Legba. Zoe and Madison's rivalry. Cordelia and Misty's friendship, Misty's past.
Law and order:SVU
Anything Barba ever. Amaro and Rollins' affair and what it leads to. What does Fin think of it? Anything Huang ever, maybe sending him back to New York for real.
The Wire: Anything with Omar Little's exploits and background is cool. Avon Barksdale and Stringer Bell's friendship and eventual falling out would also be cool. Anything with McNulty, Kima and Bunk would also be very welcome.
